Terms of Website Use

Terms for using the SPACEREL LTD website and its technical resources.

Last updated: 28 September 2026

About these terms

This website is operated by SPACEREL LTD, company number 17484203, registered in England and Wales, whose registered office is Piccadilly Business Centre, Unit C Aldow Enterprise Park, Blackett Street, Manchester, M12 6AE, and trading as SPACEREL. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. These terms concern the website only; engineering services require a separately agreed scope, quotation and contract.

Information, standards and no professional engagement

Website content and resources provide general technical information, not advice for a particular product, mission, safety case or regulatory submission. Applicability depends on the design, environment, failure mechanisms, evidence, assumptions and governing requirements. References to a standard do not reproduce the standard and do not imply certification, accreditation, approval or compliance. You must check the controlling specification and current applicable revision.

An enquiry, acknowledgement email, technical discussion or publication download does not create a professional engagement, duty of care, partnership or commitment to undertake work. A contract exists only when separately agreed in writing by authorised parties.

Acceptable use and secure submissions

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious material, probe security controls without written permission, impersonate another person, infringe rights or use automated means in a way that burdens the service. Do not submit classified, export-controlled, confidential or security-sensitive technical information through public forms. We may restrict access, revoke a download link or report unlawful conduct where reasonably necessary.

Intellectual property and permitted use

Unless otherwise identified, Spacerel or its licensors own the website design and original content. You may view the site, print a reasonable number of pages and download resources made available to you for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation. You must retain notices, identify Spacerel as the source and not modify, republish, sell, systematically extract or create derivative commercial material without prior written permission. Limited quotation and linking are permitted where lawful, accurate and not misleading.

Third-party names, marks, standards, images, fonts and linked publications remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Availability and links

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website without notice. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Links to external websites are provided for context; we do not control or endorse their content, availability or privacy practices.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its general information are provided without warranties, representations or guarantees, whether express or implied. Spacerel is not liable for loss arising solely from reliance on general website content, inability to use the website, or third-party websites. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Liability under a separately agreed engineering-services contract is governed by that contract.

Governing law and changes

These website terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version; changes apply from publication and do not retrospectively alter an existing services contract.
