About cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text files stored by a website in your browser. Similar technologies, including local storage, can store information on your device. SPACEREL uses essential technologies for website security and functionality, Cloudflare services for website analytics and protection, and optional Google Analytics 4 cookies to understand website usage. Google Analytics is activated only with your consent. We do not use advertising or remarketing trackers.
Essential cookies
csrftoken helps protect forms from cross-site request-forgery attacks. It is a first-party, strictly necessary cookie with a maximum lifetime of approximately 364 days. sessionid supports the enquiry-confirmation flow and secure staff administration. It is first-party, strictly necessary, Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax. Public sessions normally end when the browser closes. A staff member who deliberately selects “Remember me” receives a session with an explicit maximum lifetime of one hour.
These cookies provide security or functionality requested by the user and cannot be switched off through a website preference control. You can block them in your browser, but forms, confirmation pages or staff login may then fail.
We also use browser local storage to remember your analytics consent preference. This allows us to respect your choice across visits without repeatedly displaying the cookie banner. This preference storage is essential for managing your consent.
Cloudflare services
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate website use without using cookies for its analytics beacon. It may process limited technical information, including IP-address-derived and browser information, to produce aggregate statistics. Cloudflare Turnstile is loaded only on forms where its challenge is displayed and processes browser, device, network and interaction signals to distinguish people from automated abuse. Cloudflare may use necessary browser storage as part of that security service.
Cloudflare Web Analytics operates separately from Google Analytics 4 and does not use analytics cookies. Optional Google Analytics tracking remains disabled until you provide consent through our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using Cookie settings. If our use of these services changes, we will update this policy and obtain consent where required.
Google Analytics 4
SPACEREL uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), provided by Google, to understand website traffic, visitor interactions and how our content and services are used.
Google Analytics is optional and is activated only when you select Accept analytics in our cookie banner.
When enabled, Google Analytics may collect information about pages visited, referral sources, approximate location, browser and device information, and interactions with our website.
Google Analytics may use the following first-party cookies:
- _ga: Distinguishes visitors for analytics purposes. Typical lifetime: up to 2 years.
- ga*: Maintains session-related analytics information. Typical lifetime: up to 2 years.
We do not intentionally transmit names, email addresses, telephone numbers or enquiry-form contents to Google Analytics.
You can withdraw consent at any time through Cookie settings. Withdrawing consent disables further Google Analytics tracking. Existing analytics cookies will also be cleared once the consent-withdrawal functionality is fully implemented.
Managing cookies
You can accept or reject optional Google Analytics cookies when you first visit our website. You can change your choice at any time by selecting Cookie settings.
You can also inspect, delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Deleting a session cookie may sign you out or remove an enquiry reference from its confirmation page. Blocking essential cookies may affect forms and other website functions.
Browser controls vary by provider. For questions about this policy, contact [email protected].
